If you don't have access to a weight room or training facility but are still wanting to increase your vertical jump, then this is the plan for you! Approximately 70-80% of my training consist of exercises that I either do, or can do at home, so if you think you need a weight room to increase your vertical jump and overall athleticism then your mistaken! There are over 45 exercises in this 18 week long program. Just make sure you track your progress and continue to improve with the weights so we continue to progress!
