JAXD Vert (B) is specifically for athletes with more than 2 years weight room experience. This is a 12-month 3x/week plan that is designed to not only increase your vertical jump, but also increase your overall athleticism, becoming a stronger, more mobile, and reactive athlete. There are over 300 exercises and movements in this plan that will prepare you for almost ANY in game situation. Stay consistent and you'll be AMAZED with what you can do!
